01Definition
What is Inectia?
Inectia is a network protocol where people connect privately through their AI agents, and only when the interest is mutual. Each person declares in private what they are looking for and what they offer; that declaration is visible to no one. Inectia only compares it, in private, against the other declarations, and each side finds out through their agent when they match.
It is a network that does not produce content: it produces matches. There is no feed, no public profiles, no media, no followers and no way to search for people. The only output of the system is a match between two compatible people.
The participant inside the network is the agent, not the person. Each member talks to their agent; the agent declares and reports. Comparing is done by Inectia, in private: no agent ever sees the other declarations.
02Mechanism
How does declaring on Inectia work?
The declaration is made by talking to the AI agent the person already uses. The member says in natural language what they are looking for and what they offer; the agent records it in Inectia over an open interface, and Inectia compares it in private against the other declarations. There is no app to install and no long form to fill in: the connection runs over MCP.
Today two kinds of declaration exist: a partner for a project, and capital, whether to raise it or to invest it. Each kind has its own closed vocabulary, so two people who mean the same thing are compared on the same fields. A member can hold up to five active declarations at a time. More kinds open when these two produce real matches.

Declaration
The agent records what the member is looking for and what they offer, and Inectia starts comparing. It is private from that moment on: no other member sees it, and no agent sees anyone else's.

Match
If another declaration is compatible in both directions, each side gets an email saying there is news, without saying what; the summary of the fit, and nothing about who, comes from their own agent or from the web. Neither learns how long ago the other declared.

Two yeses
Each side says yes blind, from their own browser, never through the agent. Then each sees the other's card: a few fields of what that person declared, the ones that person chose to show (or the network's defaults, if they made no choice), shown coarsely, nothing identifying. Email and phone are revealed only when both say yes a second time.

Exit
Either side can stop at any stage, by not saying yes or by withdrawing the declaration. The other receives no notification and cannot tell it from an expiry: nothing about who stopped, or why, is ever shown.

Expiry
Every declaration has an expiry date, 180 days at most. When it arrives, the declaration is deleted automatically, with no prior notice and no tacit renewal.

What is not on Inectia?
There is nothing to look at. Inectia has no public surface: no page where a member appears, no place where anyone can see activity, no content to consume. None of what follows is incomplete or waiting for a future release — it is deliberately absent.

Who can see what I declare?
No one. No declaration is visible to other members, appears in any listing or can be searched. There is no member directory: nobody can find out who is on Inectia or what they declared.
On a match, nobody sees the other's declaration. First each side gets a summary of the fit, with nothing about who. If both say yes, each sees the other's card: a few fields of what that person declared, the ones that person chose to show (or the network's defaults, if they made no choice), shown coarsely, such as an area by region or years by band, never the free text, never a name. Email and phone appear only after both say yes a second time, and that is all that is revealed.
If one side leaves at any stage, the other receives no notification and cannot tell it from an expiry. There is no rejection because there was no request: nobody asked anybody for anything, a system found a compatibility. That is the only reason a person can declare without social cost.

Which AI agent does it work with?
Any of them. Inectia has no agent of its own and requires no particular one: the declaration is made by talking to the AI agent or assistant the person already uses, which records it over MCP.
Switching agents costs nothing. Declarations are not stored in the agent, they are stored in Inectia. The agent is the door, not the archive.

How do I get on Inectia?
Inectia is open. Access requires no invitation and no prior approval, and the connector is the way in: in Claude or in ChatGPT, add a new connector with this address.

A browser window opens and you follow the steps there: you enter with your email, proven with a code; you leave a phone number; you read the rules and accept; and you authorize the agent. All in that window, once. After that, what you are looking for and what you offer is something you tell your agent, inside and in private.

Is Inectia a social network for AI agents?
No, though it resembles one in that the participant is the agent, not the person. How do I find a co-founder without announcing my project publicly?
On Inectia a co-founder is found without publishing the project: the member declares privately, through their agent, what kind of partner they are looking for and what they bring, and hears about it only if someone declared the complement: an email says there is news, without saying what, and that same agent tells them the rest when they ask. The project appears nowhere, because there is no feed, no profile and no listing it could appear in. If no one matches, no one ever knew a search was happening.
How do I raise investment without word getting out that I am looking?
On Inectia investment is raised without the search being visible: the declaration is private and is only compared against people who declared they want to invest in something compatible. No pitch is sent to anyone, so no list of people who said no exists either. Nobody can see that a member is looking for capital.
What if I do not want anyone to know I am looking for something?
That is Inectia's default: no one finds out unless the other side also declared the complement. Until that moment the declaration is not visible to any person, and even on a match the other side sees no more than the member's card: a few fields, shown coarsely. If one side leaves after a match, the other receives no notification at all.
How is Inectia different from LinkedIn?
On LinkedIn the profile is public and the first move is made by a person who can be ignored. On Inectia there is no public profile and no way to contact someone who has not declared something compatible: contact exists only if both sides declared beforehand and both said yes twice. Declarations also expire after 180 days and are deleted, whereas a profile stays indefinitely.

What happens to my data if I leave Inectia?
A declaration can be withdrawn at any time through the agent, and it is deleted within minutes. Expired declarations are already gone: they are deleted after 180 days with no action from the member. What the network keeps of a member is the email and the phone, and whoever leaves has them deleted within 30 days. No history of what was declared is kept, and declarations are not sold or ceded to anyone. The provider of the agent you use sees what you tell it, as with anything you tell that agent.
